Visit the gite

Situated in the middle of a village, with an unrestricted view over the valley of the River Loue and its vicinity, the first floor of this extremely beautiful building has been transformed into a large house. It has a spacious, fully fenced garden, planted with trees, with garden furniture and a barbecue. It has a large car park, which is shared with the ground floor flat, rented on a yearly let.

Entrance hall, cloakroom

The entrance hall takes up the ground floor. There is a built-in cloakroom and a storage room for fish equipment, waders, etc...

Kitchen The very spacious kitchen has a table and 2 work tops. It is extremely well-equipped and has all the kitchen utensils you may need (coffee machine, toaster, fondu machine...) and a complete set of saucepans. There is also a washing machine, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a freezer, two ovens, one of which is also a microwave... There is a breakfast bar with its own coffee set..

Bedroom

A very comfy bedroom, south facing, with a 140cm double bed.

19th Century style dining room with a very comprehensive set of tableware and table linen.

A very large and comfortable sitting room with a view of the ruins of St Denis Castle and the valley of the River Loue. It has a large screen television with a video recorder, and several board games.

 

Bathroom

A nicely decorated bathroom with washbasin, bidet, bath-shower and bathroom cabinet.

Study - bedroom A study-bedroom with a 140cm double bed, library, and a desk from the beginning of the 20th century, with a telephone plug, which enables internet connection. It is also possible to make out going calls, using a telecom card or by call forwarding.
